Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 4–7 business days.

  • Shipping Fee: Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A flat rate of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹999.

3. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email/SMS containing a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer COD across most pin codes in India. A nominal COD fee of ₹50 may apply at checkout.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at kavyatradingdeesa@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item's condition. We handle these on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair resolution.
